About property owners

Rent your Property with Confidence

If you would like to rent out your property for short-term holiday rentals but are nervous about who to trust, or if you’ve had a bad experience with other agencies, we are here to help.

Oasis Holiday Rentals was born out of our own bad experience with rental agents. Bad tenants with breakages and theft, low rates of pay, and limited rentals made me want to stop renting out my lovely apartment altogether. Many agencies never even bothered to respond to my inquiries, which didn’t bode well for their service. So I decided to rent my own property out myself and thought I might as well help other people too.

You're in Control

At Oasis Holiday Rentals, we value our owners as much as our guests. We let you decide on the rates you want to charge with our guidance and what type of guests you want.

Flexible Approach

You may want to maximise the number of rentals by charging at the lower end of your competitors and allowing last-minute guests. Or you may want to aim for fewer high-quality guests by charging a bit more and being more cautious when people book. The choice is yours.

Local Expertise

We only rent properties within the Hacienda del Alamo resort to ensure we are experts on the area for your guests.

local support

Our Trusted Partner

We also partner with Let it Shine, who are local experts at Hacienda del Alamo and will provide the key-holding services for your property, as well as cleaning for your guests and dealing with any maintenance issues.

A Personal Approach

I am based between the UK and my own apartment in Hacienda del Alamo. We advertise your property through all the main property channels as well as direct bookings and advertising on social media.

What our owners says

Here are some comments from our current owners:

Just seen we have another 5* review. This is great, and they all consistently say how great a host you are so I wanted to say thank you.

I would highly recommend Oasis Holiday Rentals to anyone thinking of letting their property. The letting services are first class with clear communication, concise, and always speedy. I tried a couple of other companies in the past and didn't get the service and number of bookings I thought I would. As soon as I started working with Michele at Oasis Holiday Rentals, the bookings immediately started rolling in.

I can honestly say my expectations have been exceeded with respect to the number of bookings, the prompt payments, and the overall performance of the services she supplies. In my opinion, Oasis Holiday Rentals is a 5 star, 1st class company that I would recommend to anyone.

We are Expanding

Up until now, we have only taken on owners through word of mouth, but now we are ready to expand and take on new owners. We currently have a special offer for 15%+IVA commission for all new owners.
